Gospel revival

The Full Gospel Church of Newton will host a revival Nov. 23-25 at 7:30 p.m. nightly. The speaker will be A. S. Johnson of Houston.

Special concert

The Rose City Quartet of Tyler will be in concert Saturday, Dec. 2, at 6:30 p.m. at the Burkeville Church of God. Special guests will be Eddye Sunday and Clifford. Refreshments will be served following the concert.

Candlelight services

A special Christmas eve candlelight service of lessons and carols will be held at First Presbyterian Church at 5 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 24.

Food pantry

Community Center Church of God in Christ of Call is opening a "Community Center Food Pantry" for Jasper and Newton Counties. Days and hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:30 a.m.-3 p.m. To find out eligibility stop by or call the church at 423-6117.

Spanish ministry

Men's breakfast
