FEW PRIMARY students in Andrea Maas' second grade class received a hands-on experience at preparing foods the way the pilgrims and Indians made it for the first Thanksgiving.The students made butter and cornbread and tied stalks in preparation for the big meal that Thanksgiving has evolved into. Students also had the opportunity play one of the first games of the era during the last day before the Thanksgiving holiday break.
