Scouts' garage sale Dec. 9

Cub Scout Pack 632 is helping Boy Scout Troop 932 raise money for repairs to the scout hut across from the Jasper Junior High School.

The recent garage sales raised more than $1,000. Now, the larger cub scout pack will hold a garage sale at the scout hut on Second Street Dec. 9 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The scout hut has been in use since 1929. In addition to roof damage caused by Hurricane Rita, it is in need of several major repairs.
