Das joins Family HealthCare practice

DR. MIHIR DAS shows Desa Prewitt some features on the computer. He recently joined the staff at Family Health Care in Jasper.

Dr. Mihir Das has recently joined Dr. Durba Mishra and Dr. Kalyan Rath in the Family Health Care practice on South Peachtree.

Dr. Das is an internist. He met the two Jasper physicians while in medical school. “Doctors Rath and Mishra are very well known to me...I visited Jasper when they were just starting their practice.”

He completed his postgraduate medical residency at Mount Sinai University and

studied at the Beth Israel Medical Center in New Jersey.

“I toured Jasper and Rayburn County and I like the people here very much. I would like to be of service to this community,” Dr. Das said.

His wife, who is also a doctor, is currently staying in India with their new son and seven-year-old daughter, but will be joining him soon in Jasper.
