      Luke 3:7-18 Christmas is celebrated all over the world by Christians of all denominations. The Greek Orthodox actually celebrate Epiphany, the anniversary of the visit by the Magi (Wisemen) rather than the event we know as the Nativity, but they still celebrate the birth of Jesus.

      Newsboy photo/ Charles Kerr HARVEST CHURCH’S live nativity drew a constant stream of admirers last weekend. Megan Villasana portrayed Mary.The scene was completed with Joseph, shepherds, three wise men, an angel and a live donkey and sheep, while the choir sang Christmas carols.

      Christmas dinner, play Mt. Olive will host its Christmas dinner and play Dec. 20 at 6:30 p.m. On Dec. 25, Christmas services will be held at 10:45 a.m. with Rev. R. Norsworthy. On Dec. 31, a combined watching meeting will be held with Rev. Maurice Berry Jr.
