Brian Martinolich, 25, of Leesville was indicted on possession of a controlled substance. Martinolich’s indictment alleges he was in possession of methamphetamines during an Oct. 24, 2004 arrest. Two other indictments were also handed down by the grand jury but the names of the defendants were sealed and cannot be made public until the warrants are served. It is important to note that an indictment simply means that the grand jury found enough evidence to warrant a trial. It is not an indication of guilt. |
