Obituaries Norman David Bryant Norman David Bryant, 51, of Burkeville died Dec. 22 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. Private memorial services will be held Saturday, Jan. 7, in Leesville, La. under the direction of Forest Oaks Funeral Home of Jasper. Survivors include sisters Laurel Sweeney of Lessville and Dawn, Carrie Hedley and Colleen, all of North Little Rock, Ark., and brother Dennis Bryant of Leesville. D.W. Carnline D.W. Carnline, 79, of Jasper died Dec. 27 at Timberlake Health and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services were held Dec. 29 at Forest Oaks Funeral Home, with burial following at Zion Hill Cemetery. Inez Pecola Cofty Durand Inez Pecola Cofty Durand, 88, of Jasper died Dec. 27 at Christus Jasper Memorial Hospital. James Edward Hinson James Edward Hinson, 73, of Logansport, La. died Dec. 28 in the Shreveport V.A. Hospital. Jonathan Lewis Vann Jonathan Lewis Vann, 25, of Erin died Dec. 27 near Jasper.
