GED classes offered

GED and adult education class registration will be held through Friday, Jan. 12 at the Region 5 Adult Education Center, 302 S. Wheeler.

Registration times are scheduled for 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Students should arrive no later than 8:30 a.m., and no later than 1 p.m. for registration..

Daily classes will include all subject areas of the GED including reading, writing, social studies, science and math. Regular attendance is mandatory and important for success in the program.

GED testing is now conducted in Jasper. Former students who have not completed their GED test are encouraged to call Region 5 Adult Education at 384-2004 for more information.
