Honoring MLK

JASPER BRANCH OF THE NAACP held its annual celebration honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Monday with a ceremony held at the Jasper High School auditorium. Both young and old alike joined during the celebration which featured guest speakers honoring the civil rights leader. Monday's cold and rainy weather changed the annual march through Jasper into a parade as cars drove the route to the high school for the program.
