Tacyanna Monesha and Tatylana Monshae' Franklin

Robert Fowler and Mary Franklin of Jasper announce the birth of twin daughters, Tacyanna Monesha and Tatyana Monshae', born Jan. 2 at Christus Jasper Memorial Hospital. Tacyanna was born at 8:04 p.m. and was 4 pounds 12 ounces and 18 inches long. Tatyana was born at 8:05 p.m. at weighed 5 pounds 2 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long.

Grandparents are Lovie Franklin of Jasper and Emerson Fowler of Jamestown.
