Garage sale

Community Church of Jasper will host a rummage sale Saturday, Feb. 3, 8 a.m. until noon. Proceeds will benefit the Youth Explosion Week to be held in March.

Young adult day

Moore Chapel CME Church will host a youth and young adult day Feb. 4 at 3 p.m. Jimmy Rodgers of King Chapel CME of Newton will be the guest speaker.

"Facing the Giants"

Community Church of Jasper will host "Facing the Giants," Sunday, Feb. 4 at 6 p.m. Admission, popcorn and beverages are free.

Revival

Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church will have its annual revival-institute Feb. 6- 8 at 6:30 p.m. nightly.

Daughters of the King

The Daughters of the King of Trinity Episcopal Church, at 800 N. Main, will admit Judith Clower to membership of the Order on Sunday, Feb. 11 at 10 a.m. The ceremony will occur during Holy Eucharist. A reception in the parish hall will follow the service.

Miracles and signs

Evangelist Steve Sampson has reserved the First National Bank community room Feb. 16 at 7 p.m. and Feb. 18 at 3 p.m., and the Lions Club community room Feb. 17 at 7 p.m. Sampson is from Birmingham, Ala. and has appeared on Trinity Broadcast Network. Youth explosion

Community Church of Jasper will sponsor a "Youth Explosion" during the week of spring break, March 12-16. Call 594-8379 for more information.

Men's breakfast

First United Methodist Church hosts a men's breakfast every Wednesday at 7 a.m. in the Frank Ealand Hall of the church. A home-style country breakfast is served along with a devotional message and prayer time. The breakfast costs $2. For more information, call 384-5735.
