Jasper graduates earn honors at Universities

Stephen F. Austin University

Adam Arriaga, Craig M. Burgess and Bradley Davis Smablin, all of Jasper, were named to the President's honor roll for the fall semester at Stephen F. Austin State University.

To be eligible for this honor, a student must be enrolled in 12 or more semester hours and maintain a grade point average of 4.0.

Liberty University

Eddie Brown, Adam Pickle, David Pickle and William Williford, all of Jasper and Jessica Holcomb of Brookeland were named to the Dean's list at Liberty University for the fall of 2006.

Students named to the Dean's list earn a grade point average of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale and carry an academic load of at least 12 credit hours.
