Warren claims Jasper tourney title

      Saturday's rain forced an early halt to the Jasper softball tournament, giving undefeated Warren the first place trophy. The Jasper Lady Bulldogs took three out of five games played. Jasper defeated East Chambers 7-1 in the first game and lost 1-0 to Colmesneil in game two.

      The Jasper Bulldog soccer team tied Lufkin Hudson 4-4 last Tuesday to complete the first half of district play.
