Lakhyjah Lenormah' Angelene Carter

Lamond Carter and Kenyatta Shaw of Jasper announce the birth of their daughter, Lakhyjah Lenormah' Angelene, born Feb. 26 at 8:59 p.m. at Christus Jasper Memorial Hospital. She weighed 6 pounds 15 1/2 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long.
