Armstrong to wed Mays April 14

Harold Armstrong and Bessie Cauley announced the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, LaQuinta Renae Armstrong to Tommie Lee Mays, all of Jasper.

The bride-elect is the grand-daughter of the late Malonia Cauley and the late Jim Cauley.

The groom-elect is the son of the late President Mays and Parthener Mays.

The wedding is set for April 14 at 6 p.m. at the Lone Star District Association.

The bride-elect is a former student of Jasper High School and currently works in child nutrition with Jasper I.S.D.

The groom-elect is a former student of Jasper High School.
