EAST TEXAS HEALTH ACCESS NETWORK (ETHAN) has contracted with the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston to provide low-cost dental services to qualified uninsured residents of Jasper, Newton, Sabine, San Augustine, and Tyler counties. Services include exams, x-rays, cleanings, extractions, and fillings. The dental van was in Newton recently and provided services to 32 individuals.
