Meeting for Miss Jasper Pageant set for April 10

Sabine State Bank of Jasper will be among corporate sponsors of the 43rd annual Miss Jasper Scholarship Pageant held annually by the Jasper Kiwanis Club.

An informational/registration meeting will be held Tuesday, April 10 at 5:30 p.m. at the Rowe Intermediate School cafeteria. One contestant who attends this meeting will win free entry fee compliments of Sabine State Bank, a value of $195.

This free entry fee includes the contestant's pageant fees, photo shoot, escort's tuxedo, entry to all special events associated with the pageant, souvenir photos, and numerous other "perks".

Vince Ann Taylor, of Sabine State Bank, said, "We want to let young ladies in our community know that we support and encourage their participation in this worthwhile program."

The Miss Jasper Scholarship Pageant is open to JISD residents and students from ages 4-6 for Little Miss Jasper, grades 5 - 8 for Young Miss Jasper, grades 9 - 11 for Miss Teen Jasper, and JHS Seniors through full-time college students to age 21 for Miss Jasper.
