      Collier Griffin was named the 2007 Grand Duchess of the 64th Annual Tyler County Dogwood Festival held this past weekend in Woodville. Festivities began Thursday and continued with the Kingsman Ball on Friday evening and the Queen's Parade Saturday afternoon.
