Boys & Girls Club cleans up

The Boys and Girls Club of Jasper had their annual trash pick up April 9 along U.S. Highway 190 from the Department of Public Safety office to the Jasper Memorial Hospital.

This program was adopted by the Torch Club, a club within the Boys and Girls Club, to cater to members ages 10 to 13. It is a small group who participate in agreed upon activities that help each child. The primary focus is to develop character and leadership skills.
