QUEEN KATRINA, Mother of All Storms, a.k.a. Marcia Byerly and Liz Connell (right) presents Jasper librarian Denise Milton, seated, with $150 from the Jazzy Jewels of Jasper Red Hat Society. The local Red Hatters donated all profits from their High Tea held during the Azalea Festival to the library, another step in the direction of building a new library on land donated by the Temple Foundation.
