Portier engaged to wed Clotiaux

William Portier of Port Acres and Elizabeth Portier of Nederland announce the engagagement of their daughter, Nicole Elizabeth Portier, of Nederland, to Derek Wayne Clotiaux of St. Louis.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Harold and Donna Portier and the late George and Elizabeth Peltier.

The groom-elect is the son of Reagan and Faith Clotiaux of Jasper. He is the grandson of Frank and Myrhl Frazier of Nederland, Jane Clotiaux of Jasper and the late Olin Clotiaux.

The wedding is set for July 7 at 6 p.m. in Jasper.

The bride-elect is attending Lamar State College in Port Arthur. She is currently a marketer for Texas Roadhouse.

The groom-elect attended Blinn College and graduated from Lamar University in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in administration and finance. He is currently employed with Edward Jones.
