Weaver speaks at fellowship breakfast

The non-denominational fellowship breakfast will meet May 9 at 7 a.m. in the activity room of the Kirbyville United Methodist Church with guest speaker Matthew Weaver and the Victory in Jesus Singers.

For 10 years of Weaver's childhood, his parents served as missionaries in Kenya and Sudan.After working as a biologist in Alaska, Weaver changed careers and graduated from a seminary in Kentucky in 2006 with a master's degree in Divinity.
