Sabine Bank announces appointments

Sabine Bancshares, Inc. and Sabine State Bank, which recently opened a branch in Jasper, announced new appointments for several board members and bank positions after the recent death of James R. "Bob" Cole.

The board has elected the following individuals to new positions:

Chairman of the Board Sabine Bancshares, Inc. and Sabine State Bank and Trust Co. - James R. Cole Jr.

President of Sabine Bancshares, Inc. - Charles A. Richey

Vice President of Sabine Bancshares, Inc. - Stan Russell

President and Chief Executive Officer of Sabine State Bank and Trust Co. - Lee H. McCann
