Roscoe and Janetta Brewster of Jasper announce the engagement of their daughter, Katie Lee Brewster of Jasper, to Wesley Nathan Groves of Logansport, LA.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Bob and Syble Brewster and Billy and Betty Platt, both of Jasper.

The groom-elect is the son of Jerry and Christa Groves and the grandson of Nathaleen Duncan, all of Logansport, LA.

The wedding is set for July 7 at 7 p.m. at Pavillion in the Pines in Jasper.

The bride-elect is a Jasper High School 2002 graduate and 2006 graduate of SFASU. She is currently an agriculture teacher.

The groom-elect is a 2002 graduate of Stanley High School in Logansport, LA and is currently attending SFA, seeking a degree in agriculture mechanics
