Keep Jasper Beautiful Keep Jasper Beautiful will have a luncheon meeting the first Tues. of every month from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Woman's Civic Club on 156 W. Milam. Elder Advocate Volunteers are needed to advocate for and protect the rights of residents in nursing homes. Volunteers will spend time as a Volunteer Ombudsman promoting quality care. No prior experience is required, training and supervision is provided. Must be able to work independently with professional oversight and be willing to submit reports. Bereavement luncheon Caring Friends bereavement luncheon for anyone who has lost a loved one is held the third Tuesday of each month at 11 a.m. at the Belle-Jim Hotel.
