TAMU honors two from Jasper

Texas A&M University has recognized Laura Ann Townsend and Meghan Leigh Moore, sophomores, as 'distinguished students.' Both from Jasper, they have earned a 3.5 - 3.75 GPR while taking at least 15 hours for the fall semester.

Townsend is earning a bachelor of science biochemistry and Moore a bachelors degree in general studies.
