Region 5 GED classes begin

Region 5 fall registration for GED, Adult Basic Education and workplace readiness skills will be Aug. 28 - 31 at 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.

The first class will be Sept. 4 at 8:30 a.m. Students should be willing to make a commitment to attend class regularly, 20 hours attendance each week is recommended.

A limited number of scholarships are available through Region 5 to help pay for the GED test.

Region 5 is located in Jasper at 302 South Wheeler St. next to First Insurance Services.
