Free Alzheimer's seminars offered

The Alzheimer's Association in Beaumont will hold a series of lunchand learns from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Dowlen Oaks Assisted Living at 2250 N. Dowlen Rd..

Dr. Amy Shows will present "Nutrition and Aging" Aug. 28. Dr. William George will present "Diagnosis and Treatment" Sept. 21. Lynn Huckaby, director of the Best Years Center, will present "Dementia and the Holidays" Oct. 30. Attorney Lynn Bencowitz will present "Elder Law" Nov. 27.
