Sabine State Bank increases FDIC to $30 million

Sabine State Bank and Trust Co. customers can access up to $30 million in Federal deposit insurance as of Aug. 17.

"With the safety and convenience that our bank offers through CDARS, our customers have a new, smart option to help them manage their money," says Sabine State Bank Market Development Manager VinceAnn Taylor.

CDARS work through a computer network, Sabine State Bank places customer deposits with other FDIC insured banks, allowing customers to manage all their funds through one portfolio at Sabine State Bank.
