Applications available for fourth annual business expo

More than 50 businesses have already signed up for the Business Expo Sept. 13, 5- 7 p.m. at Wesley Center, according to Amber Stroman of the Jasper/Lake Sam Rayburn Area Chamber of Commerce.

This will be the fourth annual expo, which introduces the public to area businesses and organizations. It's an eclectic group that include health care and financial institutions, home decor and cosmetics, real estate and legal services, jewelry and clothing, and local media like The Jasper Newsboy and KJAS.

The networking that takes place while setting up the displays is what some business say is the most valuable part of the event.

Stroman says there is still space available; applications are available online at www.jaspercoc.org or at the chamber office, 246 E. Milam in Jasper.
