Miss Fall Fest begins

The first event in the Miss Fall Fest contest takes place Monday, Aug. 27, at 6 p.m. at the Jasper/Lake Sam Rayburn Area Chamber of Commerce.

Connie Green, Fall Fest pageant director, says they will hold a parent/daughter meeting and photo opportunity.

Contestants can still sign up through Sept. 14 for the pageant, which will be held Sept. 29.
