High-scoring Houston
 | | FORMER JASPER BULLDOG Marcus Houston finished the 2006-07 season tied for third in scoring on the Lamar State College- Port Arthur men's basketball team. Houston, a freshman forward majoring in kinesiology, scored 226 points for the Seahawks, averaging nine points per game coming off the bench behind All-Metro Conference rebounding leader Kevin Charles from Port Arthur. Houston was fourth in rebounding with 138 in 27 regular season games, and second in free throw percentage at 69 percent. Courtesy photo |
