Annual homecoming

The Clear Creek Community annual homecoming will be Sept. 9 at 2 p.m. at the Lone Star District Association Church, located off Hwy. 190 West in Jasper.

Huff Creek

A homecoming celebration will be held Sept. 1 at 7 p.m. at the Huff Creek Community Center featuring several music groups and praise dancers. It will be free to the public. Mistress of ceremony will be Joyce Hervey of Beaumont and the host is Tommy Adams. For more information call 833-9827.

7 up program

The Church of the Living God PGT in Brookeland will hold a "Women of Christ 7 up Program" Saturday, Sept. 29, at 6 p.m. with seven women speakers. For more information call 698-2195.

Spanish ministry

Tanglewood Baptist Church sponsors a Hispanic Mission, Mission Bautista Calvario in Jasper. Worship services are 9:45 a.m. Sunday mornings and Bible study and prayer services are Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. For more information call 384-4727.

Men's breakfast

First United Methodist Church hosts a men's breakfast every Wednesday at 7 a.m. in the Frank Ealand Hall of the church. Ahome-style country breakfast is served along with a devotional message and prayer time. The breakfast costs $2. For more information, call 384- 5735.
