Aug. 31 at Cleveland

The Wildcats will open up the season with a travel date in Cleveland to take on the Indians. New coach and former player Ricky Tullos will lead the Indians into their home opener with 10 returning starters from last year's 1-8 team.

Sept. 7 Carthage

The Wildcats return for their home opener against a tough Carthage squad. Running back Gary Tatum leads the Bulldogs as he rushed for 887 yards and seven touchdowns last year.

Sept. 14 Open

Sept. 21 at Liberty

The Wildcats final tuneup for the start of the district season comes on the road against the Liberty Panthers. Linebacker Dante Winters leads the Panthers defensively after recording a team-high 99 tackles last year.
