Beard to speak on technical writing

Technical writing is a specialty that has applications to other types of writing, according to Ralph Beard of Newton.

He will share tips of the trade with the Sabine Neches Writers Guild at their regular Thursday meeting Sept. 13 at 6:30 p.m.

Beard has written articles for Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology and Cancer Treatment Reports. He has 10 years experience writing research proposals and reports.
