Bronson signs on to play at Redlands CC
School nationally ranked in junior colleges
By GEORGIA PURDY Newsboy Correspondent

Brittany Bronson
Jasper High School 2007 graduate Brittany Bronson has signed on to play basketball at Redlands Community College in El Reno, Oklahoma.

Jasper basketball coach Joe Baker said he was informed last week by the Redlands coach that Bronson had made the team.

"Redlands has a great program and has been ranked in the top 20 nationally in the junior college division for the past five years," Baker said.

Bronson averaged 17 points per game for Jasper and was selected to the second team All-District last year.

"This is great for our girls' at Jasper High School," Baker said. "We are building a program that will allow our ball players to get to next level. As head coach, I want our ball players to understand that if they work hard, work on character, and play with passion on the court, someone will take notice of their skills. Brittany has a great future ahead of her. It was a pleasure coaching her and I know that she will do her best."
