JHS Choir members chosen for All Region

Five Jasper High School Choir members were chosen for the Region 10 Texas Music Educators Associatoin All Region Choir.

Auditions were held Sept. 29 at Nederland High School. JHS competed against almost 1,100 students in region 10.

Students are: juniors, Marcie Ratcliff and Kelsey Walker; seniors, Jessica Alvis and Quentin Fowler, and sophomore Anthony McCarter.

Each of these students will compete in the second round of auditions, Oct. 13, in Baytown.
