Masons honor Burleson

The DeWitt Clinton Masonic Lodge No. 29 recently awarded the Golden Trowel to Jesse O. Burleson for outstanding dedicated service.

Burleson is the stepfather of local chiropractor William P. Williamson, and the brother of Wade E. Burleson.

Jesse Burleson and other local lodge members plan to attend the ceremony this weekend, Oct. 20, where Wade Burleson will be officially coroneted after being elected a 33 degree Inspector General Honorary at the Houston Scottish Rite Temple.
