All year long, Jasper Head Football Coach Thomas Brooks has said he just wanted to get his Bulldogs into the playoffs to help erase the memories of last year's 2-8 season.

Last Friday in the Bone Yard, Jasper did just that with a thrilling 40-34 victory over Silsbee to advance to the Class 3A playoffs as the "Big" school in the district.

Jasper will play the Splendora Wildcats at 1 p.m. Saturday in Humble at Turner Stadium.

Pre-game sales of tickets will be handled through the Jasper ISD Athletic Department. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children. All tickets at the gate will be $5.

Directions to Humble's Turner Stadium: Take 190 West to Livingston, turn left on U.S. Hwy. 59 South, continue on Hwy. 59 South to Will Clayton Parkway exit, turn left on Will Clayton Parkway under freeway, continue on Will Clayton Parkway to red light on Wilson Road, turn left on Wilson Road, take third entrance to visitor's parking.
