Limited time offer: order JVFD hams, turkeys by Friday

The Jasper Volunteer Fire Department is taking orders for their annual holiday fundraisers - smoked turkeys and hams fully cooked by Captain Jack Armstrong.

The average weight for turkeys is 11 - 14 pounds for a $30 donation, and whole hams averaging 16 pounds go for a $50 donation.

Orders for Thanksgiving can be placed now through Friday, Nov. 16, by leaving a voicemail message with your name, phone number, and how many turkeys or hams you want. You can also fax your order to 384-5437.

Orders must be picked up by Tuesday, Nov. 20 at 5 p.m. Proceeds from the sale help JVFD buy needed equipment, tools and rescue gear.
