Mrs. Newton County speaks at Lions Club

The Newton Lions Club will meet at noon tomorrow, Dec. 6, at First Baptist Church in Newton.

Kelli Marshall, Mrs. Newton County International, will speak about the Mrs. Texas competition in Austin in January. Her topic will be skin cancer awareness, one she knows from personal experience.

"The only way to get the word out about cancer is to educate," Marshall says.
