Margaret Sanderson

Margaret "Marge" Sanderson, 81, of Brookeland, passed away December 15, 2007 at Jasper Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. A native of Detriot, Michigan, and former resident of Huntington Beach, California, Marge was a Life Member of the DAV and the American Legion and also a member of the VFW Auxiliary.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. at Forest Oaks Funeral Home in Jasper with burial to follow at Brookeland Cemetery.

Survivors include her husband, Jack Sanderson of Brookeland; sons, Franklin Sather, David Sanderson, and Rickey Sanderson all of Brookeland; Daughters, Bonnie Harvey of Brookeland, Jackie Flake of Levelland, TX, and Toni Rowland of Phoenix, AZ; along with 18 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial donations be directed toward the Children's Aide Society, 7375 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48202, or toward the Lakes Area Hospice, 254 Ethel St. Jasper, TX.
