Chamber banquet tickets go on sale

"Spirit of Community" is the theme of the 89th annual Chamber of Commerce banquet Friday, Jan. 25, at 6:30 p.m. in the Wesley Center, according to Liz Street, events coordinator for the Jasper Lake Sam Rayburn Area Chamber of Commerce.

"We selected this theme in honor of outgoing president Dick White," Street said. "Communication and the community coming together the theme during his 'reign' as president."

Newly-elected president Randal Dally said he plans to continue to draw community support to build commerce and promote growth and tourism.

Invitations went out last Friday. Reserved tables of eight are available for sponsor prices of gold, $1,000; silver, $500; bronze, $250; or individual tickets are $25 per person. For more information, contact the chamber at 384-2762 or www.jaspercoc.org.
