Burch

Jasper High School

Stephen Burch, of Jasper High School, has been selected as student of the week for the week of Jan. 14 - 18.

"In anatomy and physiology, Stephen always comes to class in a good mood and is willing to work," said teacher Diane Erwin. "He is always willing to go the extra mile to learn the material and keep his grades up."

Burch is the son of Pamela and Jerry Butler.

Jasper Junior High School

Ebony Adams, an eighth grade student of Jasper Junior High School, has been selected as student of the week for the week of Jan. 14 - 18.

"Ebony is a very nice and polite student. She is a role model to others, and is very deserving of this award," said teacher Linda Ebarb. "I wish we had more students like her."

Adams enjoys participating in several sports and listening to music during her spare time. Her favorite subject is math.

Adams is the daughter of Chalonda Williams and George Adams.

Rowe Intermediate

Brannon Horn, a fifth grade student of Rowe Intermediate, has been selected as student of the week for the week of Jan. 14 - 18.

"Brannon is very quiet and respectful," said Patsy Diggles.

He likes to play video games in his spare time. His favorite subject is science.

Horn is the son of Brock and Tamara Horn.
