Kirbyville Passion Play casting

Casting for the Kirbyville Community Passion Play will begin next month. The theme this year is "The One Jesus Loved," according to organizer Corinna West.

Passion plays are dramatic presentations depicting Christ's trial, suffering and death, traditionally performed around Easter. The Kirbyville dates are April 10-13.

"We also need help for the following areas: stage construction, behind the scenes, costumes, makeup, set design, child care, security, drinks and snacks, and music, as well as cast members," said West.
