KEEP JASPER BEAUTIFUL kicked off their anti-litter efforts for 2008 with a show of city and county support. Coloful azalea signs are $100, or with sponsor logo $125."Sparky" Sparks of Adult Probation Services donated these signs, which are popping up in front of businesses and homes all over the county.
