Addison, Webb unite in double-ring ceremony

Leah Erin Addison of Port Neches and Weston Nicholas Webb of Lake Charles, Louisiana, were married Saturday, January 19, 2008, at 6:30 in the evening at Wesley United Methodist Church of Beaumont. The double-ring ceremony was officiated by Rev. Robert Besser.

The bride is the daughter of Tom and Kathy Addison of Port Neches. She is the granddaughter of Bill and Rosa Lea Hunt of Pineland and the late Lester and Margie Addison of Groves. The groom is the son of Willis and Julie Webb of Belton, formerly of Jasper. He is the grandson of Homer and Ruth Barger of Teague, the late L. Ray Webb of Teague and the late Jay and Charlotte Bollinger of Jasper.

Katie Pickard of Beaumont was the bride's maid of honor. Heath Taylor of Austin served as the groom's best man.

The bride's future sister-in-law, Brianne Bourque of Houston, Clare Connally and Shelby Permenter, both of Beaumont, and Navia Pompa of Port Arthur were the bridesmaids. The bride's brother, Cody Addison of Houston, Josh Floyd and Scott Ortego, both of Lake Charles, and Billy Newman of Beaumont served as groomsmen. Cory Connally of Port Neches and Talbert McCroskey of Deweyville were the ushers. Rachel and Andrew Hammersmith, both of Port Neches, served as flower girl and ring bearer respectively. Gracie Palmer of Hesston, Kansas was the guest book attendant.

Vocalist Mario Parga, guitarist Mike Foster and organist Dwight Peirce provided the wedding music. The bride's aunt, Patti Addison of Conroe and the groom's great-aunt, Sharon Winfree Mahoney of Fort Collins, Colorado, read scripture.

Following the ceremony, the bride's parents hosted a reception at the Neches Room with music provided by Matt Woodyard. On the eve of the wedding, the groom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at Katharine & Company.

Leah is a 2005 graduate of Port Neches-Groves High School. She has attended Lamar University and will continue her education at McNeese State University majoring in communications and psychology.

Weston is a 1998 graduate of Jasper High School and a 2004 graduate of McNeese State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in mass communications. He is employed as a real estate agent for Safari Realty.

Following a wedding trip to Santorini and Athens, Greece, the couple will make their home in Lake Charles.
