Few dress code
      Jasper ISD has established a dress code in order to teach grooming and personal hygiene, prevent disruption, and minimize safety hazards. Since a student's appearance many times governs his attitude and behavior, a neat, clean, modest appearance is important.

      The safety of the youngsters who attend Few Primary School is and always will be a top priority. The safety factor can become a real concern at peak traffic times at drop off and pick up times at the front of the school.

      Sam Houston State University The following students received degrees from Sam Houston State University in December 2007: Mindy Michelle Ellis of Kirbyville was awarded a bachelor of science in criminal justice. Roy Todd Hunter of Jasper was awarded a bachelor in applied arts-science.
