Moon

Jasper High School

Terren Moon, a senior of Jasper High School, has been selected as student of the week for the week of Jan. 28 - Feb. 2.

"Terren is a very nice young lady and a super student. She juggles dual credit courses with high school courses and several clubs and organizations, performing everything well," said teacher Sharon Atkins.

"She shows enthusiasm and hard work and always smiles. She is a tribute to Jasper High School and her community."

Moon is the daughter of Jodie and Kristine Moon.

Jasper Junior High School

Ja'Borris Adams, an eighth grade student of Jasper Junior High School, has been selected as student of the week for the week of Jan. 28 - Feb. 1.

"Ja'Borris is a great student with which to work. He is very conscientious of completing his work," said teacher Peggy Willoughby. "If he has a question or doesn't quite understand a concept, he will come by my class before school to clear up everything."

Adams enjoys playing basketball and football during his spare time. His favorite subject is math.

He is the son of Regina Moran and Rodney Adams.

Rowe Intermediate

Felicia Keys, a sixth grade student of Rowe Intermediate, has been selected as student of the week for the week of Jan. 28 - Feb. 1.

"Felicia is a good hard working student. She is always on task, very attentive and responsive during presentations," said teacher Wanda Payton. "She is a great student to work with."

Keys sings and is in her church choir. Her favorite subject is math because she likes numbers.

She is the daughter of Joyce and Barry Keys.
