Democrats set debates

The Democrat Club of Jasper County will host two forums for the candidates to speak during February and March.

The first debate will be Thursday, Feb. 14, at the Jasper County District courtroom at 7 p.m. The second will be at the Buna Sub-Courthouse Tuesday, Feb. 19, at 7 p.m.

The primary election is March 4, followed by a run-off if necessary on April 8. Early voting in Jasper will be Feb. 19-23 and Feb. 25-29.
